If you make a purchase before 2pm your order will be packed and dispatched the next day. If you make a purchase after 2pm, please allow two days for your order to be packed and dispatched following purchase.
I will always do my upmost to ensure your order reaches you within a timely manner. However, delivery times are not a guarantee.
At checkout, you can choose between Royal Mail Tracked 48® with Signature or Royal Mail Tracked 24® with Signature.
Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24® the next working day; however can take up to 2 working days, and Tracked 48® with 2-3 working days but please check Royal Mail website for further guidance.
I must inform you that there are occasions where outside factors that are not within my control affect delivery.
You will be informed about any delays to your delivery via email that are within my control. However, once posted I advise you check Royal Mail website for ongoing updates regarding possible delays.
Orders placed over any Bank Holiday periods could be subject to a delay due to increasing demand upon postal services.

I hope that you are happy with your purchase from Elliemail.co and ask that if for any reason you are not, you contact me in the first instance at Elliemail.co@mail.com
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, and 5 days from the approval of your return request to send the items back.
All items must be returned in their original condition.
I hope that you can understand that as a small business owner, I rely on my gift boxes being returned in their original condition so please carefully wrap your items back into their original packaging before you return.

Please note:
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Any gift box that is returned where a hand written gift message is included or their is a cookie that has a short best before date - this refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and this will be deducted from your refund.
