Returns & Refunds:

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Elliemail.co and ask that if for any reason you are not, you contact us in the first instance at elliemail.co@mail.com.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, and 5 days from the approval of your return request to send the items back.

All items must be returned in their original condition.

I hope that you can understand that as a small business, I rely on receiving my gift boxes back in their original condition so please carefully wrap your items back into it's original condition before you return.

Please note:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

There will be a 10% fee deduction also, if you have had your postcard personalised due to this not being reusable.

I will however, always, always do my upmost to ensure we reach positive resolution.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
