Shipping policy

Delivery:

I will do my upmost to ensure your order reaches you within a timely manner. However, delivery times are not a guarantee.

If you order BEFORE 4PM, your order will be packed the same day and sent the next working day.

If you order AFTER 4PM, your order will be packed the next working day and sent the one after.

Excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays

You can choose from: Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature or Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature.

Royal mail service guidance aims for next working day for Tracked 24 and 2-3 working days for Tracked 48 including Saturdays. Please check Royal Mail website for further guidance.

If you require an alternative delivery service or timescale please get in contact with me via email - Elliemail.co@mail.co.

You can put an alternative shipping date in the box at checkout. This is no problem.

I must inform you that there are occasions where outside factors that are not within my control affects delivery.

You will be informed about any delays to your delivery via email that are within my control. However, once posted I advise you check Royal Mail website for ongoing updates regarding possible delays.

Orders placed over any Bank Holiday periods could be subject to a delay due to increasing demand upon postal services.
