To make Hotel Chocolat latte without a Velvetiser, you Simply heat 220ml of your favourite milk on the hob until it just starts to simmer. Take off the heat and whisk in your single-serve sachet of chocolate flakes. Return to the heat for just long enough to melt the chocolate. Be careful not to boil your milk though, as it affects the delicate cacao notes.

To make Hotel Chocolat salted caramel hot chocolate without a Velvetiser, you can heat milk and whisk in the chocolate flakes: 1) Heat your preferred milk on the stove until it starts to steam 2) Remove from Heat and whisk in the chocolate flakes 3) Return to the heat and continue whisking until the chocolate melts and the mixture is thick and glossy 4) Pour into a mug and enjoy! You can use any type of milk or water.
